- All checks meant for sponsorships must be mailed at least 45 days before the trip begins.
- All checks must be drawn from a US bank account. For people from other countries, you can go to the bank and ask for a US check to mail to us.
- Please send all checks via regular mail, as these will be delivered to us by a courier service.
- We do not except Money Orders.
If your check is a sponsorship for one of our volunteers, please write the trip code, volunteer name, and your email address on a separate sheet of paper and mail with the check.
If your check is a donation, please specify if it is a general contribution or a contribution to be earmarked for a certain VIDA Program (Medical, Dental or Veterinary) on a separate sheet of paper and mail with the check.
VIDA is a pending 501c3 organization in the U.S. All contributions to VIDA will be tax-deductible once we receive our determination letter. Volunteer sponsorships are not tax-deductible, but a great way to give a future doctor, dentist or veterinarian a hands-on, life changing experience.
